Add to Cart: This code can be added to the site’s add to cart page. There can be a number of people who don’t complete the purchase. You can bring high-quality ads in front of such people using Pixel to get them also converted into potential customers.

Add to Wishlist: This code can be used very well in order to track what exactly are the products that people are looking for. Such traffic can be retargeted once again with a new ad with the products that they have wanted to have.

Initiate Checkout:  This code can be placed at the place where the checkout process for the website is.

Add Payment Info: This event code is used to track the individuals who have completed the transaction by making payment in different modes.

How To Install Facebook Pixel?

After you have installed the Facebook Pixel, now you need to install the Pixel Basic Code.

You can do this easily with the help of the Tag Manager Plugin. In case if the plugin does not support the website, you can simply copy the code and paste it manually.

After installing the basic code, now you can click on ‘Next’ and get the event code.

For this, again you need to select the code box for copying it. This can be posted on the website’s relevant pages. After you have done this, click again on ‘Next’ to proceed.

  • Events: This will show you the event codes that you have selected. The active codes will be reflected by the green dots.

  • Domains: This shows the domains that the pixel is firing off. This particular option is useful when you have got multiple websites. There can be also many sites where the pixel is not installed. These can be the referring pages or so.
