Mindtree believes in acquisitions and has acquired several companies in its fold like ASAP Solutions and Magnet 360 along with subsidiary companies. It has a widespread distribution network and includes twenty-eight offices spread over numerous countries. Its first delivery centre in the United States was at Gainesville in Florida.
