It has acquired a Mexican company Tornel which has three manufacturing facilities in Mexico. Recently JK Tyres Ltd has acquired Laksar facility in Haridwar taking its manufacturing plant count to ten. R&D division of the company is in Kankroli with two branches in Chennai and Faridabad. Their distribution network is wide and robust. It includes services of 3,500 dealerships and 134 stock, service and sales points located throughout India.
