Sony files law suite against LG for patent violation

Japanese consumer durables company Sony corp has filed a lawsuit against the their arch rivals LG Electronics related to patent infringement. The good news is that this lawsuit is not in India but in the US. Sony has alleged that some of the mobiles and modems sold by LG in US violate its patent laws in Japan.

These patent laws are more concerned with images as well as audio technologies being used by Sony which are being infringed upon by LG in US. LG is already facing stiff competition in the smartphones market and this case comes at possibly a bad time for LG.

And the major news is. Not only LG, but also Apple along with Nokia are involved in patent infringement. Keep glued. This one even i will follow till the end
